Guys, we almost fell off our seats when we received these stunning wedding pictures from a recent client, Carina! What a vision!!!! We created a dramatic high collared bolero in collaboration with Carina and I think you will agree she looks like a Medieval Ice Queen in her stunning ensemble. Carina and the love of her life have just come back from her honeymoon and she lovingly sent us an email to share her wedding pics from their award winning photographer here at http://www.andrasschram.com/

Carina was a very special client for us, such a pleasure and a joy to create for, we would like to extend both Carina and her new hubbie the warmest wishes as they embark on their new journey together. Thank you both for inviting us in to be a part of your special day! Its been a really enjoyable experience for us to work with you! xxx

So ...
Saturday night was our first trunk show ever! It was a really fantastic experience and both Ger and Myself had so much fun. The stall with our work was of course a part of our fantabulous pal and talented bridal photographer in Philly, Laura Eatons , "Soiree in the City" , basically a bridal event show with class and panache! Very soiree daaaaaaaarling.

Although we were not able to be there in person, Laura set us up at our stall on live webcam where we got to speak with brides on the night and mingle with all the other lovely vendors. Ger and I perched ourselves in Gers cozy attic office den with a bottle of white wine and had a great night! It was really super to hear the feedback in person, and felt as if we were actually at the event.
Lauras pal Lucy took on the task of hosting our stall for the night in our absence and she did a rockin job! We were chuffed to have such a crackin gal representing our work. ( thanks so much Lucy! you were fabulous!!!!)
Laura did such a stellar job at the soiree and the event was enjoyed by all! So much so that I have heard it on the grapevine that Laura may be rocking out another , soiree in a bigger venue this April. Check our http://www.soireeinthecity.com/ for updates!
We also had our very own Fashion Reporter Extraordinaire, our pal Susan there who drove up to capture the event for us on camcorder and turned up at the event and we were able to meet her at the event through skype webcam! It was a special experience and Sus looked hawt in her "bonzie" attire!! (thanks for that Sus!, we were really flattered by a very thoughtful touch!)

A Very Special Thanks to Laura for being such a great, genuine person and a pal for life, you did a really super job with the event and we were very proud to be a part of something that is going to be absolutely awesome! x

Its that time again folks.......... collaboration time!

Following the success of our most recent collaborative piece with Gilbea of Etsy fame we have decided to work with another of our favourite etsy artists and work together to create a new piece of wearable art. Susarto, a dear friend to us both and talented etsy artist is currently working on a new shop housing her artwork pieces. To launch Sus's new store we have taken one of my absolute favourite pieces from Susartos current collection (in fact I bought this exact work of art on a magnet for my fridge, which rocks!) and had it printed on fabric to be used in a one of a kind adorned corset.

Pictured above is Sus's stunning print, I love the drama of this piece, the sea blues and the greens the expressive nature of the subject matter. We are waiting for the fabric to arrive from the printers to get stuck into the project and we will share the outcome with you then. :)

Until then gals.

Yesterday we mentioned the recent photoshoot on our nearby beach, Bonmahon, Co. Waterford! Well mostly I would have to say I think of it more like a "Coastline" than a beach. For me a beach conjures up lovely summery imagery and lets face it the nearest our local beach gets to "summery" is slurping on a 99 ice cream cone!
However, chilly coastline it may be, I have to admit there is a certain level of mystique about our beaches/coastlines and the photographer really captured some of that magic yesterday as the sun was going down! We might not be able to catch any rays on said beach too often but it sure looks nice on a postcard! :)

You might remember this bag style from a custom piece we created a few months back for one of our etsy customers. We have a stack of these bags in various colour/color schemes ready to go if we manage to get a day to devote to new stock. ( custom orders a choco block right now! ) It will be great to have some bags back in the shop again soon. We managed to get the first one completed for a special etsy order and got some funky snaps of the tote swing swongin. Enjoy!

If you would like to order one of these babies from our etsy store, or indeed would like to give us your fave colour scheme , we can create one just for you! These Adorned Large Totes cost 120dollars.

Spring is coming ( I know gals , I'm being a bit premature but living in Ireland Im really feeling the urge to shake the winter off as soon as possible!) So in honor of having our eye on all things spring sprongish here's a shot from a really enjoyable shoot yesterday with a local edgy photographer, Shane O Neill. Shane has a really great eye for angles and perspective and injects a bit of art into all of his shots! You can check him out at his website

It was absolutely freeeezin on the beach yesterday and all of us behind the cameras were shivering under layers of parkas and such so its a bit of a miracle that my model/sister managed to keep a spring serene glow about her whilst the tips of her big toes were quickly turning a funny shade of blue!

All in all it was a really great day and I'm looking forward to sharing more shots with you guys over the week. x
